Home of the Onyx Infield Program, where our success coaches step out the classroom to personally guide our students to starting their own six figure business with our expert analysis and strategy, we want streamlined pathways to wealth for our students, while providing in-class expertise that we guarantee can change every student's life. Historically, the opportunities for Black & Brown people to get ahead has always been halted by many factors out of their control. Today, that ends. We at Onyx look forward to providing new tools and education to students, and create a chain reaction that ultimately can reshape perspective and reality for underserved communities, and create a better future, starting in the present.

While traditional educational institutes typically charge per credit or course, Onyx charges a flat-rate tuition for access to all of our course catalog at your own self pace! Perfect for all people, no matter your current lifestyle. We value education and flexibility at Onyx. We are not here to hinder; we are here to help.

Our programs are competency based so you can complete courses as fast as you master the material. The more courses you finish in a term, the more money you can save. The current education model is designed to hurt more than help financially. We want to provide opportunities everyone, regardless of income.

From the classroom learning by experts to your success coach guiding you through our OIP program, we use real life situations and hands on opportunities to reshape learning in the most effective way. We want you to leave Onyx with education, expertise, and experience.

The Onyx Infield Program.

To say this our bread and butter is an understatement. While most educational facilities and programs pride themselves on what they do in the classroom, we pride ourselves on what we do outside of it. The Onyx Infield Program is hands on, guided, collaborative program where after courses and requirements are completed by the student, we will then assign them with an 1 on 1 success coach that will work directly with them to start and scale their own business using the information and expertise given during the classroom portion. Imagine you have someone holding your hands to making 6 figures. That's how we want to make it feel for our students. Most financial institutions view students as transactions, we view them as investments, partners, and family, and we want to see every student win. Here is more of a breakdown of how our Onyx Infield Program, or OIP, works:

When studying at Onyx Tech, as mentioned, you have access to all courses of study taught by Onyx. However, during onboarding, you must pick your major. This model will be the model of business you will put emphasis on during your classroom portion at Onyx, as well as the model you see yourself starting a business within.

Once all requirements within your major are completed, you will have officially completed the classroom portion and are now ready to officially begin OIP with your success coach. This coach is here to guide you through this process and provide feedback and expert analysis as you begin to build your business.

Now as your unofficial business partner, your success manager will work along side you in launching your business and scaling it. Need a LLC filed? Ask your coach. Need help establishing a marketing strategy? Your coach will be there. Need pointers on closing your first client? Phone your coach. This program helps students turn expertise into $$$ ASAP.

Our student's student success coach will be completely hands on with the student until the official launch and rollout of the student's business based on the major/model chosen. After launch, students will still have access to their success coach, but it won't be as hands on due to our coaches moving on to new students looking to grow and enter the playing field. Nonetheless, with commitment to the OIP, we ensure our students will see immediate success post launch.
